NBC news anchor Brian Williams is showing late night audiences that rapping isn't necessarily only a "'G' thang."
Pieced together using key words from Williams' broadcasts, the edited clip of Williams "rapping" Dr. Dre's 1992 song "Nuthin' But A 'G' Thang" featuring Snoop Dogg aired on Wednesday's episode of "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon." The mash-up even caught the attention of Snoop Lion - a.k.a. Snoop Dogg, who tweeted an enthusiastic "shout out" to Jimmy Fallon for airing the clip.
This isn't the first time one of Fallon's hip-hop bits has gone viral. The comedian and Justin Timberlake have performed several installations of "The History of Rap," which have all gone on to fame as viral videos.
