Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bacardi Superior Rum
.75 oz Disaronno Amaretto
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz simple syrup
Directions:
Pour contents into martini glass. Float with sparkling wine. Have lighter handy. Flame an orange peel above the glass then garnish with flaming peel.
