1 1/2 oz. Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
1/2 oz. Rainwater Madeira Wine
1/2 oz.  Lazzaroni Amaretto
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Fill with ice and stir
Rinse a chilled glass with Islay Scotch Whisky
Strain mixture into rinsed  glass
Garnish with flamed lemon peel
