1/2 oz. lime juice
3/4 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
A few drops  of celery bitters
1 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
Fill glass with ice &  shake
Strain into a chilled champagne flute
Top with sparkling  wine
